The Beginning of a Dynasty

I have begun a Madden NFL 10 franchise with the Denver Broncos. My goal is to retool this team and make it into a powerhouse. I want to build through free agency, trades, and the yearly rookie draft. So far I have decided to essentially give up on my first two seasons as I rebuild my team with young players. I have traded a good portion of the original team to get high draft picks and other good young players. I have traded essential players such as Kyle Orton, Champ Bailey, and Eddie Royal as I viewed it essential for the future of my team. I want to build my team around the running game, the offensive line, and defensive line. However, I also wanted to address the quarterback situation immediately. With the second pick of the draft, I selected a quarterback named Carmelo Goldwire. After his rookie year I did not like his skill set and hence packaged him and draft picks for another young quarterback named Kevin Steven-Baker. I am currently in season 3 after simulating the first two seasons, as i went a combined 6-23, but now the team is where I want it to be. I have begun playing in season 3, and have started the season 1-1, but I feel like it will be a promising season when it's all set and done.
